As part of providing "service first" we have negotiated blocks of rooms at favorable rates at the Four Points Sheraton Tempe and at the Crowne Plaza - Phoenix Airport.

The Four Points Sheraton is within walking distance of the tournament facilities on ASU's campus, but also offers complimentary shuttle service within a five mile radius and to/from the airport (which includes exclusive access to some roads that will be closed to others due to another event occuring the same weekend). The Four Points also includes complimentary wireless internet, complimentary bottled water, and other amenities and perks. The reserved rate is $150 per night, and is available until November 7th, 2009.

The Crowne Plaza, a more inexpensive option, lies directly on the Metro Lightrail, which has a stop outside the hotel room doors and about a five-minute walk away from tournament facilties. To ride the Lightrail to the tournament facilities takes about 20-25 minutes. However, competitors may have to wait up to 15-20 minutes for the Lightrail to arrive. The Crowne Plaza runs a 24-hour airport shuttle and overnight parking for just $4 per night. A link to book online at this hotel will be made available soon. Both hotels offer dry cleaning services, pools and spas, and fitness centers.

We recommend that teams place their reservations as soon as possible (in the case of the Crowne Plaza, as soon as the reservation arrangements are included on this page in the coming week). The same weekend as The Revolution, the Ironman competition will be taking place in Tempe. This means that many local hotels will fill up quickly in the coming weeks.
